Been spendin' time with my daddy!

The day after Christmas, we got a phone call from my dad telling us he would be flying in the next morning at 7am! Yahoo!!!!!
Last time he came, he gave me about 6 hours notice also, but I don't care!
This is he and I last November at Thanksgiving......
I love having my dad around and listening to him tell the kids stories and play games with them......

I am grateful because he came to help Jason and I work on our business. We need some direction and business help to let us know what we should be doing with Day Violins. We haven't figured out all the answers yet, but we have had some great talks and some great discussion and some eye-opening statistics. It has been great to have him here.....
not only that, but I get to have him here for the Rose Bowl! Go Ducks!

Just a few of my favorite pictures......

My cute little family......
My amazing husband.........
Four generations......Great Grandma Dorothy Brown, Grandma Charlotte Day, Jason and the children....Xander, Garrett, Eleanor and Savannah.
The Day men....I love how this picture turned out!
And my four greatest blessings....
I insisted on taking some "extra" pictures of the family. The four generation picture and the picture of the Day men turned out so well and they will be treasured forever by my children.
Great Grandma Brown only comes once a year, if we are lucky, so I took advantage of having her here and I am so glad I did!

Time to get back on track......

It's been too long since I have updated my blog. I've been busy! Things just never slow down here. One of the highlights was having Great-Grandma Dorothy Brown in town. We said good-bye to her on Monday morning and sent her back to sunny California. Saturday I arranged to have pictures done. Here is one of them...The good thing is, we are all facing forward and have our eyes open.....yep! Eyes open and facing forward is as good as it gets!
