My hard work is paying off!

The other day I had a man come to rent and instrument.  He was a returning customer and I noticed he kept staring at me and looking at me very intently.  Finally he asked me, "Are you related to Jenna Day?"  I smiled and told him that I am Jenna Day.  He couldn't believe the transformation I had gone through in just a year.  I guess I didn't realize it either until I looked at "before and after" pictures.
It has been a long and educational journey!  One that I do not regret.  I have learned a lot about myself and I am happy that I decided to do what I needed to do to become healthier.  I hope that I can someday overcome all the health problems I am dealing with, but losing weight is one step closer.  I still have a long way to go, but each day I am trying!!!
Another good story.  I was in a store and the girl asked for my I.D. when I handed her my credit card.  She looked at my drivers' license and then at me and then at the license again and then at me.  I told her it was me, just 100 pounds thinner.  She whistled and said, "Girl!  You rock!"
So, here is the proof of my hard work!!!
August 2011 at Jason's recital when he played the Stradivarius....
September 2011 at Savannah's birthday party.....
October 2011 at the Marriot Ranch in Hume, Virginia
 November 2011

April 2012 at the Cherry Blossom Festival
 June 2012 on Father's Day
 June 2012 at Virginia Beach
 June 2012 on my birthday

August 2012 at the American Girl Doll Store in Tyson's Corner, Virginia
Late August 2012 with Mrs. Tyson
When I really saw the pictures, I realized how much I have changed!  WOW!  I still have a ways to go, but this has inspired me to keep it up!!!

You're looking great!! So awesome that you have accomplished this. My husband lost 120 lbs and those of us that lived with him didn't really realize the change but when you look at the pictures or haven't seen someone for a long time it is crazy the difference.

So happy for you. I hope this step helps with your other health problems and you can soon feel how you want to. Love you!
