My mom wanted pictures of the music room tree. It's the tree I get to decorate so I don't fuss with the family tree. This year I went with the copper colors and deep red. I had some feathers in those colors and stuck them in the tree....I love it! Savannah is fascinated by this tree and takes off all the stuff and brings it to me. We've lost several balls and other things to the little destroying angel!I love going into the music room in the evening and sitting in the chair and just enjoying the lights. It's so beautiful and peaceful and a great way to unwind.
The banister was another issue! I decorated it only on one side, since Savannah can climb the stairs and took off all the stuff as I was trying to decorate.
I keep reminding myself that this will be the only year this will happen and I will miss it. I let her "play" with some of the more sturdy ornaments and we put them back on the tree about 50 billion times a day. I am hoping this will make her a fabulous decorator someday!

Meet Elfie....he is our elf who visits every Christmas and goes to see Santa every night and tell him about who is good and who has been naughty. Every morning he is in a different place. Garrett and Eleanor are the first to try and find him.
I am really enjoying Christmas this year. Keeping it simple has made a huge difference. Everything is done, wrapped, put away and I am not stressed or uptight. I am also feeling much better this year and have more energy to do fun things with the kids. It is a great Christmas so far! I am looking forward to really enjoying Christmas morning this year!

Gorgeous Jenna, as usual! The last time I went to your house was at Christmas time and I remember your amazing tree then. I love your decorations! The banister looks incredible. (even with a babie's touch)

As usual...you outdo yourself each year with your fabulous decor. As for the tree bit...we solved our problem with a very pokey pine needle tree...Bella tries to get the ornaments, but is waylaid by those prickles. :)
